We do not offer refunds on customized products unless the mistake is on our end. All other returns are at the owner's discretion.

Please explain the customization. (EX. Large image on back , smaller image on front left)

Once you have explained the customization, please choose one of the two options for submitting the image:

Option 1. Via email to orders@pyburnsstyles.com

If you choose this option, you will need to include your order number and last name in the subject line of the email and specify in the box below that you emailed your image.

Option 2. Via a link to Canva containing your image. Please copy and paste the link in the provided box after you have explained your customization. Be sure the settings in Canva are changed to "anyone with the link can view" and the background is transparent,
